I reactivated my site. I turned it off because I didn’t like the pressure of posting every time I worked on a painting but I realized after one day that this is what kept me painting every day. Sometimes when I work on a painting it’s a step backward and sometimes they stink.
This morning I played with this little painting. Not even close yet.

My Bluehost subscription is going to expire. I’ll be selling my trailer. There’s no reason to post the steps of my paintings. So there’s no reason to continue posting and no reason to pay Bluehost to continue maintaining this domain. This is my last post.

Woke up at 4:30 for some reason so I started painting early
Worked on Landscape 3. I didn’t like the unrealistic-looking dark clouds so I covered them with a base cloud layer. Quite a bit of work to do on all areas of the painting.

I gave MidJouney AI Image Generator parameters to create maybe 100 images. I chose these to paint. I’ll start them as I finish the ones I’m working on now.

Worked on the background, foreground, and better defined the shapes such as the bottles of Still Life 3. There’s a ways to go. The apples are the least difficult parts of this painting to paint.
