Worked on Still Life 6.

Worked on Still Life 6.
Prepared twelve 8 x 10 canvases by gluing canvas to MDF panels and gessoing and sanding three times.
Put Still Life 7 in an inexpensive frame. On Monday I’ll start painting again.
Finished Still Life 7 and changed my signature. The signature was too far down. The frame would have partially covered the signature.
Made corrections to Still Life 8. Both 7 and 8 are really finished except I’ll probably put a few spots of white paint on the glass base.
Friday I’ll be heading out on a three-week camping and photography trip so I won’t be painting until around September 24th.
Finished and signed Still Life 8.
Still Lifes 8 and 11 are damn close to being the same paintings but there are differences.
Finished and signed Still Life 11.
Pretty much finished and signed Still Life 13. The usual suspects, the glass base, a few highlights, details, and corrections remain but it’s not much.
Pretty much finished and signed Still Life 7. There are some details, corrections, and highlights left to do but not much. Once they are all pretty much finished and signed there will probably be two or three sessions where I mix the colors and go from one painting to another painting the glass bases, highlights, details, and corrections.
Finished and signed Still Life 12 even though I will add some highlights and details.
Worked on details of Still Life 8. This is finished except for a signature and a light line at the edge of the table. I had to make the side of the table bigger because the frame will cover a quarter of an inch all the way around. I’ll sign the table at the bottom right, at the top of the side of the table. The side of the table is wet so I need to wait until Monday to sign it and add a little light-colored line at the edge of the side of the table.
